We currently provide delivery services across all pin codes within India. This allows customers nationwide to access and enjoy our collections with confidence. At present, we do not offer international shipping, but we continue to evaluate our delivery capabilities to improve reach and reliability within our service areas.

Processing Time

After an order is successfully placed, it enters our processing system for verification and preparation. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing order and shipment details, indicating that your items are ready for dispatch.

Delivery Timeline

Our delivery timelines are designed to balance speed and reliability. Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days from the date of dispatch. While we make every effort to deliver orders within this timeframe, actual delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Failed Delivery Attempts

In certain situations, delivery may not be completed due to factors such as incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package. When a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipment is returned to our facility. If this occurs, you may contact us to request re-delivery, and our team will assist in arranging the next steps.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take care to ensure that all orders are packed securely and shipped in good condition. If you receive a product that is damaged, we request that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographic evidence to help us assess the issue.
